REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Unstoppable Breakthroughs, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below for eligibility and procedures.

1. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY 

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads or virtual products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

2. RETURN PROCESS

If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to return an item:

1️⃣ Email our support team at support@unstoppablebreakthroughs.com with your order details and reason for return.
2️⃣ Await approval – We will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship your return – Send the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

📌 Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

3. REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

💳 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us at support@unstoppablebreakthroughs.com.

4. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@unstoppablebreakthroughs.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@unstoppablebreakthroughs.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
